Brian Lee

Brian has worked for several multi-national marketing communications firms, including Grey, Ogilvy, and Publicis Sapient. He’s held senior leadership positions in New York, London and Moscow. He specializes in integrated brand management, complex client relationship management and agency general management.

Brian has considerable experience in consumer packaged goods and financial services. He’s worked with clients including L’Oreal, Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Gillette. He’s worked with American Express and Citibank, as well as working client-side as VP Advertising with Chase. He developed groundbreaking CRM campaigns for Pantene in the UK, and he led the launch of the American Express card in the Russian Federation. He’s built and led agencies up to 200 full-time staff, and client budgets exceeding $50Mln.

Brian founded his own marketing services firm, Imagination Café, in Houston in 2020. The firm’s focus is on a return to client-centricity, with a focus on outpacing client expectations and outcomes. This deep-rooted commitment to relationship management made Brian a natural partner to support Relationship Audit’s ambitions in the United States.

Free time involves doting on his wife Natasha and 6 year-old daughter, Audrey. European and Southeast Asian travel are the family passions, and as a native New Englander, seafood and sports are top obsessions !
