The Tenprature Test™ has been specifically designed and refined to give a service provider a topline online indication of performance delivery and relationship management. It can also be used as a post-project or post-engagement review tool where there is an ongoing relationship.

Proven process
- User name and password access to secure RAM-hosted website.
- Ten core areas of evaluation, ten-point scoring scale, ten minutes to complete - hence Tenprature Test™.
- Participants invited to score service provider's Performance in each of ten specified areas, and then rank these subject areas based on Importance to them.
- Quantitative focus of information collected can be enhanced by inclusion of limited number of free-form text-boxes, to add a modest degree of qualitative explanation.
