  • Participants invited to score service buyer's performance delivery and relationship performance in each of ten specified areas, and then rank these subject areas based on their importance.
  • Quantitative focus of information collected can be enhanced by inclusion of limited number of free-form text-boxes, to add a modest degree of qualitative explanation.
