eValu8or™
Meeting needs
The eValu8or™ has been specifically designed and refined to provide a comprehensive online evaluation tool for service buyers.
For senior management - how to combine the simplicity and cost-effectiveness of an online evaluation methodology with a sufficient breadth and depth of feedback to illuminate and inform appraisal discussions/contract negotiations?
For account/project management - what are the detailed areas where strong performance and relationship management have been identified? What needs addressing/improving, what requires further probing?
Proven process
- User name and password access to secure RAM hosted website.
- Invitation to consider both performance and relationship criteria, grouped under four all-encompassing pillars - Input, Process,Output, People.
- Criteria are further broken down into eight sub-groups, two per pillar (e.g. Input contains Attitude and Effort), and then into a relevant number of KPIs per sub-group (e.g. Attitude would typically contain Commitment).
- These individual KPIs are then scored by the participant on a seven point scale, from one (wholly unacceptable) to seven (beyond expectations), plus a N/A option.
- Quantitative focus of information collected can be enhanced by inclusion of a few free-form text-boxes, to add a level of qualitative underpinning.
Multiple benefits
- Easy-to-use interface with 'save and return' facility, and opportunity to customise as appropriate.
- Possibility of tailoring KPIs to ensure maximum relevance of and engagement with the process.
- RAM's experience of relationship auditing increases quality and quantity of feedback from what can often be a remote, impersonal methodology.
- Flexible scoring mechanism can incorporate weighting (e.g. by seniority) and can generate scores for each KPI and, as a result, for each sub-head, for each of the four pillars and ultimately for each company. A broad range of reporting options is therefore available.
- As such the eValu8or™ can be used effectively in Performance-related Pay negotiations.
- Data is stored in such a way that it can be tracked year-on-year, and benchmarked as appropriate.
Distinctive output
- RAM's clear and colourful presentation format, immediately identifying areas of weak (red), average (amber) and strong (green) performance or relationship delivery.
- Qualitative summary focuses on key overall indicators of 'what's working well and why', 'what needs most improvement and why', 'what would be your one piece of advice and why' - based on RAM's extensive experience in the area.
