Our People
RAM's people are very experienced in managing and developing relationships, having done so internationally for many years. They are also very experienced in talking with - and listening to - those whose role it is to manage client or service provider/supplier relationships.
This has three clear benefits. First, it allows RAM to offer practical advice on both the 'how' as well as the 'what' of profitably developing relationships, rather than simply 'delivering the data.' It's what we refer to as actionable intelligence.
Secondly, because RAM works across a broad range of industries for both sides of business-to-business relationships its consultants are better able to 'cross pollinate', and offer a comparative or helicopter view of performance between industries - as well as leveraging learning to signpost potential solutions.
Thirdly, it means RAM is constantly reviewing and updating the criteria and performance indicators used by both sides of a relationship to assess the contribution of the other. In our experience, assessing relationships is a dynamic process needing adjustment as broader economic, environmental and societal developments dictate.
