Alan Tobin has almost 30 years of experience in media and marketing.
His understanding and skills over this period have been built on negotiations at all levels - based on a deep understanding and respect for relationships.
He was a Media Director of both McCann-Erickson Melbourne and Lintas:Melbourne, responsible for clients such as Holden (General Motors), L'Oreal, Nestle, Honda, Daimaru, Puma and NEC.
His marketing expertise extends to brand re/development, event-staging and sponsorships. During the "dot com" boom, Alan was Senior Vice President - Group Marketing of Isis Communications.
Alan was also responsible for the entire Melbourne visit of Nelson Mandela - incorporating a live National Press Club Luncheon and a Reconciliation Day Concert.
He was a founding partner of BST Consulting- specialising in the Leisure, Hospitality and Tourism industries.
Alan is a Past President and Life Member of The Advertising Club of Victoria.
He is an occasional Guest Lecturer in Marketing at RMIT University and for the AFA Training Program.

Kumar has over 30 years experience in developing and implementing brand and customer relationship strategies.
Having started his career in Account Management, Kumar moved into account planning at Ogilvy in India where he developed his skills in brand management and strategy development. His career path took him into general management roles at leading agencies in India. He successfully introduced India's first retail management consultancy. In 1996, Kumar was transferred to London to help expand Bozell Worldwide's operations across Europe and the Middle East.
Since coming to Australia, Kumar's focus has been to effectively integrate brand strategy with customer relationship management. He has worked with some of Australia's most reputable organisations to ensure that the brand experience is dovetailed into business operations in order to deliver a consistent customer experience through various touch points. He calls this Rippleffect.
Kumar has lectured at leading business schools in India, and has written several articles on customer loyalty and brand effectiveness.
Kumar has the experience and the insight required to audit B2B relationships involving stakeholders at every level.
