ROYAL MAIL - Web-enabled (eValu8or®) Agency Evaluation System

Royal Mail appointed Relationship Audits after a review of competitive offerings, to help them develop an agency evaluation system that would also feed into the yearly performance related bonus. The system needed to be able to cope with the different agency craft skills(such as Advertising, Media, Brand Consultancy, etc.) and yet provide common data on the relationships and performance.

Relationship Audits leveraged their experience in face-to-face and web-enabled assessment creation to deliver the appropriate solution. First of all, Relationship Audits undertook 'deep dive' face-to-face interviews with stakeholders from Royal Mail and the agency community to identify what each side wanted out of an ideal agency evaluation system.

Based on the feedback, Relationship Audits created a web-enabled evaluation tool allowing the collection of qualitative with quantitative data that addressed the wish lists of both sides - and was structurally flexible enough to cope with the variety of agency functional specialisms involved in the process.

Relationship Audits also produced a dashboard with a tiered permissions structure to allow Royal Mail real-time access to the data, and to view it under different criteria so that it could be plugged into the annual bonus evaluation discussion.

Royal Mail users have commented favourably on the ease of use of the process and the system is now in its third year. Relationship Audits continues to roll in developments and improvements as they become available, or are requested.
