ORGANIC - Future Needs & Performance Assessment Program
Organic is one of Omnicom's largest digital agencies with offices across the USA and Canada.
Organic commissioned RAM to conduct a 'deep-dive' Future Needs and Performance Assessment with some of its largest clients, in order to help the agency further develop and refine its offering for those clients over the next 2-3 year period.
Focusing on the future instead of historical performance, RAM's customised solution provided the agency's clients with the opportunity to clarify and communicate needs and wish lists. The process also identified potential facilitators, and barriers to the agency delivering against expectations.
The actionable intelligence produced by the program enabled the agency to redirect and add the right resources to meet their clients' needs. As a result, Organic was able to significantly expand and enhance its relationship with these clients.
