LEO BURNETT - Tenprature Test®

LEO BURNETT in Chicago approached Relationship Audits to develop a customised version of its web-based Tenprature Test® agency performance evaluation solution. The goal was to help the agency better assess relationships with its major clients in the USA . and beyond.

Relationship Audits also developed an online dashboard so that password-enabled Leo Burnett executives could see the results on a real-time basis. Relationship Audits then developed a data-exporting mechanism to allow the agency's analytics group to further analyse the data according to specific criteria.

After a successful trial with one very large international client, Leo Burnett has rolled out Tenprature Test® to most of its major clients, and also expanded its use to other group companies.
