KPMG EUROPE - Customised Relationship and Performance Evaluation System

Relationship Audits was commissioned by KPMG Europe to develop a customised client feedback system to integrate data from post-engagement reviews with that on the overall state of the relationship. Data is collected both by face-to-face interviews - using a customised version of Relationship Audits' core question set - and a web-enabled evaluation tool. It is then stored in a relational database that enables a range of functionality, including 'slice and dice' analysis, customised reporting, and instant document creation.

Based on Relationship Audits' proprietary CRIS® and Tenprature Test® solutions the system has been built to allow comparison with previously collected data - as well as giving KPMG the opportunity to generate surveys at will.
