GREY HEALTHCARE - Won / Lost Prospect Audits

Grey Healthcare Group is one of the world's leading healthcare communications networks.

They commissioned RAM in the US to undertake a series of 'won and lost prospect audits' to get a clear, independent picture of what was working in new business pitches, and what could be improved. RAM was also asked to act to recommend changes to systems, process and personnel involved in the new business drive consequent on the findings of the evaluation project.

RAM undertook a series of 'deep dive' interviews with executives at a number of pharmaceutical companies, and amassed a wealth of feedback. This was then synthesised into a clearly defined action-plan to guide future activity. So pleased was the agency with the outcome that they engaged RAM to consult on other aspects of  their client relationship management program.
