EVERSHEDS - CRIS™ System

Eversheds is one of Europe's largest law firms with over twenty-five thousand clients and offices throughout the UK and, increasingly, the world.

The firm appointed RAM in 2002 after a rigorous search for a partner that would work with them to develop a customised client relationship evaluation system that could be used across the top 250 or so clients that accounted for 80% of their revenue.

RAM customised its CRIS™ system to fulfil Eversheds' desire to unify what had previously been a disparate client feedback gathering programme. The CRIS™ system is made up of a combination of RAM undertaking client assessments with the associated licensed use of RAM's IP. and the establishment of a fully-trained group of Independent Review Partners. Moreover, because the system identifies client commitment rather than satisfaction, it clearly signposts where remedial and developmental activity can best be targeted and exploited.

The award-winning programme has helped Eversheds consistently secure and grow business from its existing clients. In fact, feedback from just one strand of the pilot phase of the activity generated sufficient revenue to pay back the first three years' cost of the programme.
