CPM - Integrated CRIS® and Tenprature Test® Evaluation

CPM, part of Omnicom, is Europe's largest field marketing agency group operating through both 'CPM' and other brands, which vary by country.

The group's involvement with Relationship Audits has expanded as Relationship Audits' offer has developed; from a test phase in which Relationship Audits carried out face-to-face audits with a limited number of client companies through to a CRIS® system which, on the basis of the results of the activity has been expanded to cover all the agency's top 50 clients.

More recently, Relationship Audits has worked with CPM to develop an integrated client relationship evaluation system. This extends coverage to a much wider client-base, by adding a web-enabled element that reflects the core question/kpi categories of the face-to-face activity.

While the level of qualitative data provided by an online tool will never match that achievable from 'deep dive' audits, CPM can now compare quantitative face-to-face and online activity across similar criteria.
