CADBURY SCHWEPPES - 360° Web-enabled Evaluation System
Driven by the European Procurement department, Cadbury Schweppes went through an exhaustive review of competitive offerings before appointing RAM.
RAM's brief was to develop a 360° web-enabled evaluation system for use with its key agencies and to work with both sides to build on positives and address areas where relationships or performance needed attention.
RAM's solution was to spend time with each side of the relationship to gather suggestions for the kind of things that needed to be covered by the exercise and thus foster engagement in the process. Thereafter, RAM created the online evaluation tool which was designed to collect a balance of qualitative and quantitative data to ensure that each side evaluated the other on criteria that were important to it, rather than simply doing a gap analysis on the same criteria.
When all parties had completed the evaluation process, RAM analysed the data
collected and presented findings, conclusions and (suggested) action plans to both sides.
