Addleshaw Goddard, a top 20 UK law firm with offices in London, Manchester and Leeds, have used Relationship Audits' CRIS® system for the last three years to help them secure and grow their client relationships. The CRIS® system is made up of a combination of Relationship Audits undertaking client assessments, with the associated licensed use of Relationship Audits' IP. and the development of a fully trained group of Independent Review Partners. This activity has developed hand in glove with the firm's commitment to, and investment in, a structured Key Client Management and Development programme designed to make the firm more client-centred.

More recently, the firm has increased the proportion of the 'deep dive' audits undertaken by Relationship Audits to help secure the existing share of spend in a pressured environment, and identify income-building opportunities.
