We appointed RAM firstly because they have a solid reputation in the market place for their independent assessments but we also saw this as an opportunity to get a true picture of the relationships with all our alliances.
Having just completed the third phase of the relationship audits, I have no doubt that working with RAM we now have great insights into each relationship and also a very clear and a very practical plan of how we could address what areas need improvement whilst ensuring that we protect our committed relationships.
Our decision to extend RAM's engagement with Capricorn was based on the following reasons:
- The Alliance Management team are more confident than ever of meeting their targets because of the accurate information that's available to them on the state of each relationship and the easy to use dashboards that they can readily access.
- Our Alliances really seem to appreciate the fact that we have gone to great lengths to improve the relationship and this has revitalised our brand reputation in their eyes.
- The result from the audits form an integral part of our balanced scorecard thus creating accountabilities in various parts of the organisation and has caused us to reengineer some of our internal processes.
- I am convinced that the investment in the audit programme has been repaid in several ways.
I would not hesitate in recommending RAM.
